Description:
Rotgabele is 2696 meter high peak in the Schober Group. The peak is located 4 km east-northeast from the center of Alkus and 5 km north-northwest from the center of Prappernitze. The nearest mountain hut is Thurner Alm, located 1.9km southeast. Maurer Alm is a bit further away. South of the summit is the valley Lienzer Talboden.
