Description:
Saldurspitze - Punta Saldura is 3433 meter high peak and is part of the Ötztal Alps. The peak is located 4 km west-southwest from the center of Kurzras - Maso Corto and 9 km west from the center of Vernagt - Vernago and 0.3 km northwest of peak Lagaunspitze - Punta di Lagaun. The nearest mountain hut is Oberetteshütte - Rifugio Oberettes, located 3km northwest. A little further is bivouac Schäferhütte. 0.5 km north-northeast from the summit there is glacier Lazaunferner - Vedretta di Lazaun, 0.6 km west from the summit there is also glacier Saldurferner - Vedretta di Saldura. The peak is located in the valley Vinschgau - Val Venosta.
