Skuta is 2532 meter high peak located in the Kamnik Savinja Alps mountain range. The peak is located 1.8 km east-northeast of peak Grintovec. The nearest mountain hut is Kranjska koča na Ledinah, located 1.3km northwest. Even closer is bivouac Bivak pod Skuto na Malih podih, which is located 1.0km to the east-southeast. Northeast from the summit there is glacier Ledenik pod Skuto. The peak to which the marked path leads is located above the valley Ravenska Kočna. The peak is located above the valley Ravenska Kočna.
