Description:
Sonnberg Gipfelkreuz is 899 meter high peak in the Upper Austrian Prealps. The peak is located 1.1 km north-northwest from the center of Gaflenz and 1.8 km north from the center of Pettendorf. The nearest mountain hut is Amstettner Hütte, located 4km east-southeast. Closer is Forsterau, which is located 3km to the east. The peak is located north-northwest of the valley Krenngraben.
