Stangl

Description:
Stangl is 1592 meter high peak and is part of the Hochschwab Mountains. The peak is located 5 km east-southeast from the center of Palfau and 6 km east-northeast from the center of Gams bei Hieflau. The nearest mountain hut is Bergbauern - Lackneralmhütte, located 6km west-northwest. A bit closer is bivouac Palfau Erzhalden, which is located 3km to the north-northwest. Northwest of the summit is the valley Frenzgraben.
