Tannkofel is 1865 meter high peak in the Gailtal Alps. The peak is located 4 km south-southeast from the center of Lind im Drautal and 4 km southeast from the center of Fellbach. The nearest mountain hut is Alm Hinterm Brunn, located 3km west-southwest. Marderbödenhtt. is a bit further away. Northwest of the summit is the valley Oberes Drautal.
