Triglav

Description:
Triglav is 2864 meter high peak located in the Julian Alps mountain range. The peak is located 11 km north-northwest from the center of Stara Fužina and 11 km north from the center of Ukanc. The nearest mountain hut is Triglavski dom na Kredarici, located 1.0km east. Even closer is bivouac Staničevo zavetišče, located to the southeast in the immediate vicinity of the peak. The monument V spomin Valentinu Vodniku is also located near the top. 0.7 km east-northeast from the summit there is Triglav glacier. The peak to which the marked path leads is located above the valley Vrata. The peak is located above the valley Vrata.
