Üntschenspitze is 2135 meter high peakon which a cross stands and is part of the Allgäu Alps. The peak is located 3 km northwest of peak Heiterberg. The nearest mountain hut is Pisialpe, located 1.6km north-northeast. Haus Schalzbach is a bit further away. East of the summit is the valley Kleinwalsertal.
