Wilder Berg is 369 meter high peak and is part of the Vienna Woods. The peak is located 4 km north-northwest from the center of Perchtoldsdorf and 5 km east from the center of Laab im Walde. The nearest mountain hut is Kammersteinerhütte, located 4km south-southwest. A little further is Schnitzel Kaiser. The monument Josef-Bayer-Gedenkstein is also located near the top. West-southwest of the summit is the valley Lattergraben.
