Windeggerspitze is 2331 meter high peak and is part of the mountain group Rätikon. The peak is located 3 km east-northeast from the center of Nenzinger Himmel, Gamperdona and 4 km west from the center of Brand and 1.0 km northeast of peak Blankuskopf. The nearest mountain hut is Oberzalimhütte, located 2km south-southeast. A little further is Alpila Alpe. West-northwest of the summit is the valley Gamperdonatal.
