Zejanski vrh is 781 meter high peak. The peak is located 1.5 km north from the center of Žejane and 2 km east-southeast from the center of Vele Mune and 2 km west-northwest of peak Cerovica. The nearest mountain hut is Planinski dom Lisina, located 8km south-southeast. A little further is bivouac Kjukar's log cabin. Northeast of the summit is the valley Mrzla dolina.
