Description:
Zifanken is 897 meter high peak in the Salzkammergut Mountains. The peak is located 2 km west-southwest of peak Große Plaike. The nearest mountain hut is Lärchenhütte, located 17km southeast. A bit closer is bivouac Thalgau Bärental, which is located 2km to the south-southwest. 5 km north-northwest of the peak there is lake Wallersee. East-southeast of the summit is the valley Klausbach.
