Zwölferhorn is 1521 meter high peakon which a cross stands in the Salzkammergut Mountains. The peak is located 4 km east of peak Faistenauer Schafberg. The nearest mountain hut is Voit'l Hütte am Zwölferhorn, located 0.2km north. Braunauer Hütte is also relatively close. 9 km northwest of the peak there is lake Fuschlsee. The peak is located west-southwest of the valley Klausbach.
