The waterfall is located 0.6 km west-southwest from the center of Gavazzo and 0.7 km west-southwest from the center of Cologna. The nearest peak is Picco Deva, which is located 0.1km jugovzhodnoThe nearest mountain hut is Capanna Santa Barbara, located 3km south. A little further is bivouac Capanna Capitano Riccabona. Southwest of the waterfall is the valley Val Giumella.
