A little further is bivouac Bivacco Brigata Orobica. 4 km south-southwest of the waterfall there is lake Lago di Lares. 5 km north-northeast from the waterfall there is glacier Vedretta di Nardis, 6 km north from the waterfall there is also glacier Vedretta Cercen.
