Big thanks for the information. The thing is I'm coming from Croatia, and I don't want to do the trip to Vršič and come back. If it's clear at Vršič or just a bit cloudy, I'll go up, most likely via the Slovenian route, if there are dark clouds I'll go to Slemenova Špica, or some similar tour. I also think I had a lot of luck that so far I haven't experienced rain in the Alps. To Jalovec with a friend we went under dark clouds through the škrbina and back over Kotovo sedlo, and there was no rain. Also to Triglav, and also to Kriški podi over Kriška stena we went in such weather. Well, now I'd go to Prisank alone, and that's another reason for caution.
