Because it annoys me that when someone mentions something and how hard it was to get it, people usually say: ah yeah, that's not such a big deal, why didn't you ask me earlier. Well, here's the thing: for some time I've been looking for those ski bindings "on straps" (1st picture), because I want to connect this Kneissl wonder (picture 2) with regular mountaineering hiking boots without grooves, like the ones on picture 3. Probably such a front "jaw" (picture 4) would be more suitable. The bindings that are still on the Big Foots on picture 2 are useless for my idea.
My idea is that these "skis", or better said, "sliding mini-boards"
are practical for carrying in a medium-large backpack and as simple as possible for quick putting on and taking off. This is a "laziness aid", because in winter, on descent from the mountain (of course only on suitable terrain), instead of struggling with walking – I'd quite slowly and safely slide down to the valley
. This is by no means an idea for any variant of touring skiing; just for laziness
And now the request: if you have or know someone who has such bindings and doesn't need them and would give/sell them, I'd really like to buy them. Even if they're still mounted on skis, it doesn't bother me, I'll take the whole lot.
I can offer around 50 eur (that's what I paid for these used Big Foots), or we can agree on a bit more. For the service, I'll add a "6-pack" of your choice, or something else
