The credit for this goes primarily to PD Iskra with some dedicated mountaineering workers, to whom their mountaineering enthusiasts have passed on how to love their mountain jewel, which means a lot. Next year it will be 60 years since the enthusiastic "Iskraši" carried all the material on their backs to where the bivouac stands today - altitude 1952 and it was opened in 1952. Except for Črt all are deceased.
Here we must also remember Jože Ošlak, who together with Janez Drašler maintained the bivouac exemplarily, who has a large share in the quick action and great moral support.
Aren't these the facts for which it was worth the effort to renovate?
