the snow is southern-facing and doable without winter gear. But true also that snow is now melting fast and snow fields are getting smaller and maybe some can even be bypassed...

It's true, checked. They advised to avoid the Žrelo on the path from Češka to Ledine. There are snow fields, but all passable without issues.

Is there any special / difficult-to-cross snowfield on the path from Češka koča to Kranjska and then to the top of Baba?
