I use Alpina Nepal myself. I use them in winter too, though I'm waiting for some sale to buy Teton or maybe Lhotse for that. Anyway - Nepal seems wider to me than Tibet and consequently more comfortable for my foot. I'm satisfied with it, so I recommend it. For winter it's better to impregnate it; so far it hasn't soaked me, but I believe after a few hours in really wet snow it can too. It blistered me only on the first few hikes, and that above the ankle where the shoe is laced. Yeah, I know, all praise Tibet, but Nepal suits me much better.
