Thanks for advice! Good forums exist nasmeh

About Proalp I'll inquire, interesting idea. Would ask for more opinions from Proalp boots owners.

Aha, I forgot they should also be suitable for via ferratas, so I won't have to buy another pair later. And you've gone in that direction anyway. Planika and Alpina probably out then. These Hanwag I've avoided a bit because of the name I associate (unfairly?) with Chinese stuff velik nasmeh

Does La Sportiva have a wider last than Salewa? I have to go on another trying expedition. Salewa seemed love at first sight, so I didn't want to try others zavijanje z očmi jezik

Hi.

I'm buying summer hiking boots, but I don't know exactly where to turn. Generally, Alpinis seem big for the size, so I would rather not buy them. I've eyed Salewa, specifically Rapace GTX or MTN Trainer GTX Mid. Since I have a wide foot, it seems to me they might become uncomfortable during the hike. Otherwise I like them (weight + size of the shoe itself + look). What else would be a good option for that money (150-180)?

On Sunday hiked the gully (Rinka - Turska gora - Brana - Kamniško sedlo - Rinka). Torn cables are no problem, but I agree regarding the slab. The traverse was a bit of an adrenaline rush, with flying rocks from hikers ahead, the trampled path is obviously "erased". Caution definitely won't hurt.

I'm planning for the weekend to Turska via the gully, but these infos have kinda upset me. Are there several broken cables and is the path discouraged? How is the passage on those parts?
