I almost already ordered two pairs, but better ask first: Salomon boots from e.g. 97 to 22 EUR - is this a real site or a site for taking money from naive people? https://www.salomoneshops.com/

Does anyone know the website of the manufacturer of these shoes? They had them or still have them (only large sizes) in Tuš, but I'm looking for a smaller size.

@djimuzl - I have Gelert from Sports Direct now, but I'd try some others because the sole profile wore down to zero very quickly so now until I get new ones I'm using them with gel insoles, otherwise it feels like walking barefoot on concrete. The "waterproof" label I don't know what it's supposed to mean, they get soaked even walking on wet grass. For now I'm tempted to get something via wish.com. Does anyone have experience buying from this website? P.S.: where in this forum do you set email notifications for new messages?

Alpinini boots have (for me) too stiff a sole, so looking for some low-cost replacement. Not for mountains, but more for up to 30-minute walks and for work. The ones from Hofer are quite suitable ("waterproof" shouldn't be taken seriously), but a bit too low (no ankle protection) and currently nothing on offer. They have some in Mani too, but with those the tongue shifts completely aside and needs frequent fixing. Where do you buy low-cost ones?

@Branee, translation for those who can't read minds? @JusAvgustin, yes seriously, since I don't know about this, otherwise wouldn't ask.

@Klemen, I see you buy too. Aren't mine right for you? It says 43.5 but all my other shoes are 42, so more suitable for someone who usually wears 42-42.5.

How much are the shoes in the picture worth, if anything (new they were probably around 110€)? - bought November 2011, per label in shoe October 2010 vintage; - since didn't need them then, immediately coated with tjuln grease, stuffed with newspaper and stored in original box in attic; - first time tested longer (few hours) February 2016, but don't fit, so would sell and buy something better suited.
