Hi! On the way to Crna prst I met this beauty. Is it an adder?

Nice greeting! Yesterday my cousin and I in Kamniška Bistrica (near Domžale) ran into a snake in the water, we almost stepped on it! I managed to photograph it, can someone tell what snake it is? Thanks!
