Can you advise me on hills with an open plateau (i.e. without trees and bushes) preferably grass and road access around Kočevje?

I know one .. Lovski vrh but it is closed to the north.
Gače are a bit far for me...

The reason is night observation with a larger telescope. At height the atmosphere is usually calmer, open on all sides for sky research in all directions. The reason for road access is understandable. Thank you!
