Road to Sviscakov will be plowed only tomorrow afternoon, so I doubt anyone was up there today

so tomorrow there won't be traditional cultural program on Snežnik either

Today there was a really nice ascent to Snežnik. The path was nicely trodden, snow didn't sink, crampons not needed.

Cultural program organized by Društvo mladih Bakla (http://www.drustvo-bakla.si/).

Hut was open. Lots of visitors!

Yesterday, 8.2.2008, we traditionally climbed Snežnik.

On Sviščakih it was blowing hard, there was not much snow, on some parts the road was a bit frozen.

The ascent was nice, a little frozen snow. Nothing sank in.

On the top it blew less than on Sviščakih. The hut was open. Lots of people!

Clouds were higher than Snežnik, so nice view to Kamnik Alps, also nice view to the sea. Just need to jump
