I visited Vogle last winter. Crossing to the ridge is possible from several variants, nowhere is it (too) difficult.
From my experience you go from Dedno polje over the steep step to the flattening at the start of the valley. When you climb up the second time you'll notice a poorly trodden path on your right, which you follow to the ridge, reaching it at Slatni in this variant. It's possible to reach the saddle between Slatna and Kredo directly from the flattening up a indistinct gully. Continuation along the ridge is easy and scenic.
