Vikon, if I understand correctly there is a difference between operator and landowner (on most ski areas owners are farmers?). One thinks that free movement in nature is not yet prohibited here!? (forests, pastures-as long as no damage)

I could somehow understand if the ski resort was private property, but it's not; the user just manages it. Similar things happen elsewhere (Zelenica). But I get it, the manager wants the ski resort trampled at opening and not "skied down" by tour skiers. These things, along with many others, unfortunately are not settled in our country!

Does the warden have any legal basis for his action? To me it sounds more like the self-will of some climbers. Anyway, we know what happened at Stari vrh in the last two years.... They should take care of order among themselves!

Has anyone wondered how they have it arranged abroad?(Austrians race on Jelovica....Probably not allowed at home!!!???...it's too expensive!!!!)
