I'm here for that, to organize right away - when it's actually time to collect signatures there's usually too little time - of course then they stick very much to deadlines, which are usually very short. Otherwise I think it wouldn't be such a problem - mountaineering societies, alpine sections, diving clubs already exist...
I don't know which medium would be best for connecting everyone - I don't know how many people use facebook. Or some website - but I have no experience with that.. Anyway, so that we can communicate..
