On Saturday, 21.8.10 we visited Košuta following the already described route plan. It was all very playful-varied, as the route was taken by nine hourly hikers so there was no lack of laughter and joy in these two days.
Notes: Via ferrata on Turn short and demanding especially the 'Bridge', Košuta ridge gorgeous, mountain pastures (Pungart, Šija, pasture at Kofce, Korošica) true gems of Slovenian mountains, path from Veliki vrh to Hajnžkovo sedlo quite crumbly. In the end, one wonders where Slovenian hikers are, as we mostly met foreigners.

On Saturday, 21.8.2010 we plan a hike along Košuta. We would start on the Austrian side at Koschutahaus hut from there via ferrata to Turn and on to Kladivo, then probably descend to planšarija Pungrat where we would overnight, next day first visit Kofce and on to Veliki vrh. Descent via demanding path to Hajnževo sedlo and on to planšarija Korošica, where they have excellent sour milk. From there only unpleasant descent to near the monument at Ljubelj.
Everything depends on the weather.
