I'm completely new to this forum and the following interests me. Reading this thread, I realized that hiking could help me lose excess kilos. So far I've been using various aids for
weight loss in the form of dietary supplements, which do work. However, they only go as far as supplements, I recreate very little because I have too many kilos for running, and no motivation for walking on flat ground. Since I'm not physically prepared at all, what trips do you recommend at first?
