Gorubac is 999 meter high peak. The peak is located 3 km southwest of peak Radeševo. The nearest mountain hut is Planinarski dom "Sušak", located 1.7km northeast. bivouac Dom Snježnik is also relatively close. Northwest of the summit is the valley Mrzla dolina.
