The saddle is located 6 km west from the center of Luče and 6 km north-northwest from the center of Podvolovljek. The nearest mountain hut is Koča na Klemenči jami pod Ojstrico, located 4km northwest. Closer is bivouac Jamarski bivak na Molički planini, which is located 1.0km to the northeast. The saddle to which the marked path leads is located above the valley Robanov kot.
