Niederer Türlspitz is 2364 meter high peak and is part of the Dachstein Mountains. The peak is located 0.6 km south of peak Vorderer Türlspitz. The nearest mountain hut is Dachsteinsüdwandhütte, located 1.4km west-northwest. A little further is bivouac Ramsau Schi Willy/Rittislift. 1.8 km north from the summit there is glacier Schladminger Gletscher, 4 km northwest from the summit there is also glacier Großer Gosaugletscher. The peak is located north of the valley Preunegg.
