Großes Wiesbachhorn is 3564 meter high peak located in the High Tauern mountain range. The peak is located 10 km southwest from the center of Fusch an der Großglocknerstraße and 10 km east from the center of Enzingerboden. The nearest mountain hut is Heinrich Schwaiger Haus, located 1.6km west-northwest. bivouac Gruberscharten-Biwak is also relatively close. 1.2 km north-northwest from the summit there is glacier Wielingerkees, 1.6 km east-northeast from the summit there is also glacier Sandbodenkees. South-southeast of the summit is the valley Käfertal.
