Tičnica is 623 meter high peak. The peak is located 0.6 km north-northeast from the center of Prežganje and 1.0 km east-southeast from the center of Volavlje. The nearest mountain hut is Dom na Jančah, located 3km north-northwest. A little further is Balonarji. The peak is located east of the valley Ljubljansko barje.
