Hohe Fürleg is 3243 meter high peak located in the High Tauern mountain range. The peak is located 7 km west-northwest from the center of Innergschlöß and 8 km west from the center of Außergschlöß and 3 km north of peak Kleinvenediger. The nearest mountain hut is Neue Prager Hütte, located 3km southeast. A little further is Ofneralm. 1.5 km east-northeast from the summit there is glacier Nördliches Viltragenkees, 1.8 km west-southwest from the summit there is also glacier Untersulzbachkees.
