Innerer Falk is 2666 meter high peak and is part of the Zillertal Alps. The peak is located 6 km south-southwest from the center of Gmünd and 7 km east from the center of Brandberg. The nearest mountain hut is Kolmhaus, located 4km west-northwest. A little further is Karlalm. Southwest of the summit is the valley Zillergrund.
