Description:
Bärenkogel is 950 meter high peak in the Ybbstal Alps. The peak is located 4 km west from the center of Sankt Sebastian and 5 km west-northwest from the center of Rasing. The nearest mountain hut is Terzerhaus, located 3km north. A little further is Farnbodenhütte. 1.9 km northeast of the peak there is lake Erlaufsee. Northeast of the summit is the valley Mühlgraben.
