The saddle is located in country Austria 6 km south-southeast from the center of Lamnitz and 7 km southeast from the center of Brenntratten. The nearest mountain hut is Zechneralm, located 1.1km north-northwest. A little closer is Ochsenalm, which is located 1.0km to the southeast. The saddle is located severozahodno above the mountain pasture Zwickenberger Ochsenalm. Northwest of the saddle is the valley Mölltal and severozahodno above the mountain pasture Zwickenberger Ochsenalm.
