The nearest mountain hut is Adamekhütte, located 2km south. A little further is Badstub'n Hütte. 4 km south-southeast from the summit there is glacier Großer Gosaugletscher, 6 km southeast from the summit there is also glacier Schladminger Gletscher. The peak is located west-southwest of the valley Koppental.
