Kreuzreifhorn is 2465 meter high peakon which a cross stands and is part of the mountain group Steinberge. The peak is located 6 km west-southwest from the center of Sankt Martin bei Lofer and 6 km east-northeast from the center of St. Ulrich am Pillersee. The nearest mountain hut is Schmidt-Zabierow Hütte, located 1.0km north. And Ludwig-Rieger-Biwak is also close by. 6 km west of the peak there is lake Pillersee. West-southwest of the summit is the valley Pillerseetal.
