Großelendscharte is a saddle at an altitude of 2675 meters located in the High Tauern mountain range. The saddle is located 1.2 km southeast of peak Ankogel. The nearest mountain hut is Osnabrücker Hütte, located 3km east-northeast. A little further is Radeckalm. 0.8 km northeast of the saddle there is lake Pleßnitzsee. 1.9 km north from the saddle there is glacier Kleinelendkees, 2 km southeast from the saddle there is also glacier Kälberspitzkees. Southwest of the saddle is the valley Seebachtal.
