Westerfrölkekogel is 2727 meter high peak located in the High Tauern mountain range. The peak is located 5 km east of peak Weinflaschenkopf. The nearest mountain hut is Hagener Hütte, located 1.0km northeast. A little further is Tauernhütte. 5 km west-southwest of the peak there is lake Weißsee. 4 km west-northwest from the summit there is glacier Schapperebenkees, 5 km west-northwest from the summit there is also glacier Mölltaler Gletscher. South-southwest of the summit is the valley Fragant.
