Twenger Almkopf is 2025 meter high peak located in the Lower Tauern mountain range. The peak is located 1.7 km west-northwest of peak Großes Gurpitscheck and jugo-jugovzhodno above the mountain pasture Twengeralm. The nearest mountain hut is Wismeyerhaus, located 4km north-northwest. A little further is Graggaberhütte. 0.8 km northeast of the peak there is lake Twenger Almsee. North-northeast of the summit is the valley Obertal.
