Mühlbachernock is 2273 meter high peak in the Gurktal Alps. The peak is located 1.7 km east-northeast of peak Königstuhl. The nearest mountain hut is Dr.Josef-Mehrl-Hütte, located 4km northwest. A little further is Kirchbaumerhütte. 6 km east-southeast of the peak there is lake Turrachsee. Southwest of the summit is the valley Leobengraben.
