Description:
Hochalmspitze is 3360 meter high peak located in the High Tauern mountain range. The peak is located 11 km west-northwest from the center of Brandstatt and 12 km east-northeast of Stappitz. The nearest mountain hut is Gießener Hütte, located 3km south-southeast. A little further is winterraum. South-southeast from the summit there is glacier Trippkees, 0.8 km west from the summit there is also glacier Winkelkees. The peak is located east of the valley Seebachtal.
