Description:
Hannoverscharte is a saddle at an altitude of 2840 meters located in the High Tauern mountain range. The saddle is located 10 km east-northeast from the center of Stappitz and 10 km east-northeast from the center of Mallnitz. The nearest mountain hut is Celler Hütte, located 1.7km west-southwest. A little further is winterraum. 0.9 km west-northwest from the saddle there is glacier Kälberspitzkees, 2 km east-southeast from the saddle there is also glacier Winkelkees. The saddle is located above the valley Seebachtal.
