Klammerscharte is a saddle at an altitude of 2930 meters in the Schober Group. The saddle is located 9 km west-southwest from the center of Putschall and 9 km west from the center of Ranach and 0.5 km west-southwest of peak Kleiner Hornkopf. The nearest mountain hut is Adolf-Nossberger-Hütte, located 1.3km southeast. A little further is bivouac Gösnitzkopf-Biwak. Northwest from the saddle there is glacier Gößnitzkees, 1.1 km north-northeast from the saddle there is also glacier Hornkees. East-northeast of the saddle is the valley Gradental.
