Beim Kreuz is 2783 meter high peak in the Villgraten Mountains. The peak is located 7 km south-southwest from the center of Hopfgarten in Defereggen and 9 km south-southwest from the center of Dölach. The nearest mountain hut is Geigenseehütte, located 1.1km north-northwest. A little further is bivouac Arnsteiger Biwakschachtel. Southeast of the summit is the valley Kristeinertal.
