Riepensattel is a saddle at an altitude of 3020 meters in the Zillertal Alps. The saddle is located 7 km south from the center of Hintertux and 8 km south-southwest from the center of Madseit. The nearest mountain hut is Olpererhütte, located 2km southeast. A little further is Museum. South-southeast from the saddle there is glacier Großer Riepenkees, 0.8 km southwest from the saddle there is also glacier Schneegupf. East-southeast of the saddle is the valley Zamser Grund.
